* leaf pick-up takes place in November
* leaf pick-up is based on weather & staffing
* please rake leaves to the edge of the street
* please keep leaves away from parked vehicles as hose length limits access

* check your alley: are you storing vehicles, boats, trailers, or other items that inhibit or prevent access? if so, please re-arrange

* check your alley: are your bushes, trees, or other greeneries overgrown? if so, please trim

* ask yourself: could a fire truck or an electric company bucket truck access my alley, if needed?

METERS ARE READ EVERY MONTH. ELECTRIC IS ACTUAL USAGE

Electric is due on the 20th of every month. If not paid in full, resident will be assessed a 10% late fee and sent a 14-day shut-off notice. To avoid termination of electrical service, payment must be received before shut-off date. Re-connection fee is $150. Electric will NOT be reinstated immediately. Bloomdale's electric provider will have to be scheduled.
